Project Manager/Regulatory Consultant
Mr. Seekins is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has been with ALL for seven years. His business focus is on regulatory matters of the Permian and other onshore oil and gas basins. He has managed and participated in the permitting of over 150 Class II injection wells in New Mexico and Texas, provided legal testimony in cases involving Class II injection wells, negotiated reduced civil penalties issued to oil and gas operators, and provided additional technical support for operators under the jurisdiction of the New Mexico State Land Office, New Mexico Oil Conservation Division, The Rail Road Commission of Texas, and the Bureau of Land Management.
In addition, Mr. Seekins also has project experience in Wyoming, Arkansas, Oklahoma, North Dakota, and Ohio, ranging from construction management of oil and gas infrastructure to environmental assessments, aerial drone surveys, and environmental sampling.
Mr. Seekins holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Oklahoma State University.
