Jeff Kennedy, P.G.

Professional Geologist

Jeffrey Kennedy is a Professional Geologist with more than 20 years of consulting experience in the environmental and petroleum industries. He brings technical expertise in oil and gas environmental projects, with particular emphasis on well-integrity assessments and investigations related to stray natural gas migration.

Over the course of his career, Jeff has coordinated, performed, and contributed to complex projects involving the evaluation of mechanical integrity data, including annular pressure build-up testing, annular vent rate measurements, cement evaluation logs, temperature and noise logs, mud logs, and other geophysical analyses. He has designed and coordinated wellbore remedial cementing programs to mitigate suspected gas migration and has supported operators in reviewing historical and current drilling, casing, and cementing practices to identify risk factors associated with annular gas flow. His recommendations have focused on operational improvements that strengthen well integrity and reduce potential gas migration risk.

In addition to his technical assessment work, Jeff has experience navigating regulatory frameworks for both conventional and unconventional development. His permitting and compliance expertise includes regulatory site assessments, pipeline permitting, road and stream crossing approvals, H2S compliance, floodplain development permitting, and other county-level construction authorizations.

Prior to joining ALL Consulting, Jeff worked as an environmental geologist with experience in all facets of hydrogeological investigations, environmental site investigations, and other subsurface investigations.
