Mr. Arthur holds a bachelor’s degree in Earth & Environmental Science from Wright State University and is a certified commercial drone pilot. He has been involved in the site evaluation, selection, and permitting preparation process of over 100 SWD facilities in Texas and New Mexico. He has overseen and managed all construction activities regarding numerous fresh and produced water impoundments, tank battery facilities, pipelines, and a saltwater disposal well in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. He has overseen the installation of hundreds of geotechnical borings for a variety of water infrastructure and oil & gas related facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Wyoming.
