Ryan Corbin, P.E.

Senior Engineer

Ryan Corbin is a Petroleum Engineer with more than 25 years of experience spanning reservoir engineering, production operations, asset development, and emerging energy technologies. A graduate of the University of Tulsa, he has held roles ranging from Production Engineer to Vice President of Engineering, where he helped scale a private equity–backed company through drilling, recompletions, and acquisitions across multiple U.S. basins. His background includes oil and gas asset management, artificial lift optimization, workovers, reserve evaluations, waterflood management, and CO₂ flood analysis.

At ALL Consulting and in independent advisory roles, Mr. Corbin focuses on voluntary carbon credit protocol development and validation for oil and gas well plugging, methane emissions quantification and monitoring (including conventional operations and renewable sources such as landfills), and carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS) project evaluation. He has also led technical and economic assessments of venting and flaring reduction strategies, methane-to-power projects supporting data centers and cryptocurrency mining using excess or stranded gas, and evaluations of emerging critical mineral opportunities such as lithium and helium.

Mr. Corbin combines operational experience, engineering rigor, economic modeling, and regulatory insight to support clients navigating complex technical, environmental, and energy transition challenges.
